TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINERY:

   Line speed: from 1 to 4 m/min. – it depends on flash off time, amount of paint applied and quality required. Pos. 1) M1A001P   BELT CONVEYOR mod. ROLLY 2000 The belt conveyor ROLLY allows connecting the transport systems of the machines in a line. It is used at the entrance and at the exit of a line to make the load and off load phase easier.  

TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM

  • The transport system is located inside a solid steel structure.
  • The transport belt is made of synthetic material, abrasion and chemical agents resistant.
  • Forward feed is adjustable by inverter, installed on the control panel of the machine close by.

Pos. 2) L1A001P   BRUSHING MACHINE, mod. ROTOFAST with n. 2 brushes This machine has been designed to guarantee a perfect cleaning of the panel before the painting phase. The dust is completely removed by a brush, rotating blowers and a deionizing bar.   TRANSPORT SYSTEM

  • All the components are hosted inside a cabin designed for easy set-up operations.
  • The transport belt is made of synthetic material, abrasion resistant. It can work at different speeds set by a potentiometer.

  PANEL CLEANING DEVICES

  • The brushes installed on a shaft, 45 mm diameter, are made of natural fiber and can have also a spiral shape.
  • After the brushes there are rotating blowers that can remove possible dust left on the panel and the dust is conveyed towards collecting conduits. Thanks to a piece detecting sensor the blowers work only if necessary. This allows saving compressed air consumption.
  • The deionizing bar is located before the rotating blowers and eliminates remaining electro-static

AUTOMATIC OSCILLATING SPRAYING MACHINE mod. KRONOS equipped with 2 product circuits to apply 4+4 guns and 2 pumps. Lexan cover on in-feeder and out-feeder.   KRONOS is a machine easy to use and with solid construction features. It is the ideal machine for a customer who wants to turn the manual finishing line in his painting department into an automatic line.   The innovative belt cleaning system patented by Makor allows reducing the maintenance costs and to optimize the use of the paints, especially when using products to be recovered.

TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM

  • Solidly anchored to the sturdy steel structure the transport system is equipped with a 1653 mm wide antistatic belt, easy to replace, interposed between two PVC belts.
  • The belt cleaning system operates in two clearly distinct phases: during the first phase a mechanical scraping of the surface is made, during the second phase the belt is soaked and afterwards it is dried by means of appropriate gaskets.
  • The product that has been removed from the belt is conveyed automatically into a collection container and if it is chemically recoverable it can be completely reused.
  • The operation principle and the accurate structure of the cleaning system allows reducing the daily consumption of solvents to an absolute minimum

SPRAYING UNIT

  • Both gun holding carriages are prearranged for assembling 8 guns fed by two independent product circuits (one low pressure and one Airmix or Airless).
  • The oscillation of the spray units occurs through a motor managed by inverter in order to obtain a maximum operation speed without any vibrations.
  • The opening and closure of the spray guns is based on the scanning of the work pieces by means of an electronic reading bar placed at the in feed of the spraying zone.
  • The spray parameters are set by the operator by means of a practical graphic coloured display. The skilful use of the symbols and images makes it a simple and intuitive instrument to use.

MANAGEMENT OF AIR FLOWS

  • The perfect symmetry of the pressurization and aspiration ducts guarantees a homogeneous distribution of the air flows inside the spray cabin. The air capacities are adjustable by means of appropriate valves.
  • Double filtering cells in air inlet ducts allow having clean air inside the cabin. The spray dust in the exhaust ducts is intercepted in the same way by means of dry filtering cells.

DRYING TUNNEL equipped with: This tunnel has been realized to be very flexible in order to host different kind of thermal components used in the flash off and drying process. This oven is the ideal machine for the flash of and drying of water based and solvent based UV products.

STRUCTURE AND TRANSPORT SYSTEM

  • Panels are moved by rollers in zinc motorized by a double row of parallel chains.
  • Transport speed can be adjusted in continuous through a potentiometer.
  • The tunnel is insulated to save energy.
  • Side doors along the machine guarantee an easy access.

4b) UV OVEN: UV LAMPS

  • A lamp cooling system allows maintaining the bulbs at an ideal temperature. This is for a longer life and better performances.
  • Upper lamps are positioned obliquely in respect to the transport system and can be adjusted on the lamp axis in order to address the UV rays on the upper side of the panels and on their edges guaranteeing a total curing.
